They will be responsible for managing their own underwriting teams and will be based at the Advantage Home Loans head offices in Cheshire.
Keith Haynes, (32), was a financial adviser and previously worked as a senior business development manager and a team manager for a sub-prime packager. He is looking forward to taking up the new role at Advantage Home Loans.
Stephen Butler, (31), has 8 years experience in working for a major high street lender with experience in direct sales, developing existing customer relationships and working in the Midlands area as an underwriting manager. Like Keith, Stephen is looking forward to the challenge of working at Advantage Home Loans.
