Samantha will ensure the smooth running of operations systems at Advantage, drawing on her operations experience. Her particular focus will be packager business operations. In this role, Samantha will report to new director of originations, Tracy Stokes.
Samantha joins Advantage with over 15 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Samantha previously worked at LMS as operations and development manager, responsible for managing the valuation panel and for the development of the company’s HIPs proposition. Prior to LMS, Samantha spent 12 years working for Abbey, where she held a variety of operational roles with increasing responsibility, and managed Abbey’s staff mortgage team. Her most recent role at Abbey was operations manager within the valuation services division, where she amalgamated five regional offices into one centre, managing the specialist support function for over 50 home-based surveyors.
