Jeff Dawson has been promoted to head of intermediary sales, Stephen Wishart has been appointed as fraud manager and Andy Cross is to become mortgage team manager.
The announcement forms part of Advantage’s recruitment plans, which is considered to be integral to the company’s growth strategy following its acquisition by Morgan Stanley in December 2005. The new roles will bolster the company’s existing position in the non-conforming market and strengthen it for future expansion which will shortly see the launch of a suite of non-conforming products funded by Morgan Stanley.
Simon Maudslay, managing director at Advantage, said: “I am delighted to announce the next phase of our management expansion. Advantage is at a key growth stage of its development, and to support the needs of the business, we have been actively recruiting at all levels. Our recruitment campaigns for underwriters and other key mortgage personnel enable us to build upon an already strong team.”
