The enhancements focus on ease of use, both in registration and functionality. The registration process has been simplified to ensure immediate access to the site and improved navigation with extra tools such as prompts to remember a user’s password. Additional functionality enhancements enable existing decisions to be amended rather than a new one being completed, personalisation of the site for the user, the redesign of the homepage, and further improvements to the calculators including the Home Ownership Calculators.
The enhancements have been made after gaining broker feedback on both the usability and functionality of the site.
