This follows its acquisition by Morgan Stanley in December 2005 and will be the first of a number of promotions and appointments.
The announcement sees Andrew Stewart promoted to national network manager and Sue Fox joins as mortgage team manager. Their new roles will bolster the company’s existing position in the non-conforming mortgage market and position the company for future expansion.

Andrew Stewart promoted to national network manager:
Andrew, has consistently been one of Advantage’s top performing Business Development Managers over the last two years, and his dedication and commitment to both the business and his brokers has led to his promotion to the position of National Network Manager. This is a significant position within Advantage, as network distribution is central to our future growth plans. Andrew's primary objective will be to focus on fully understanding changing needs of the many networks with whom we currently work and ensuring that these relationships continue to develop in a way that is mutually rewarding. His natural skills at relationship building, resource management and training/presenting will stand him in good stead for the challenge that lies ahead.
Sue Fox joins as mortgage team manager
Sue brings with her 10 years of personal loans experience, and most recently 6 years of mortgage experience. Sue will be responsible for building relationships with introducers in the South East and London areas.
