They are set to start 16 August at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow and will then travel to nine other destinations across the country. The workshops will feature an informative presentation about Flexishare, a question and answer session and an opportunity to network with others at the workshop.
Launched in July, Flexishare complements the Government’s “HomeBuy” low cost home ownership initiative, which is designed to give more people the opportunity to buy homes and address the gap between earnings and house price growth. This prime product is based on affordability criteria and is an option for those unable to borrow sufficient funds with a traditional mortgage. It can be accessed via mortgage intermediaries using the Advantage website www.adv-elect.co.uk.
