The new structure will consist of Keith Dearling and Simon Maudslay as joint managing directors with the promotion of Peter Bass to sales director, Nicky Clarke to operations director and Robin Candy to IT director, joining Kate Huèt who assumed the role of marketing director in August 2005. This announcement follows the company’s acquisition by Morgan Stanley in December 2005 and is designed to bolster the company’s existing position in the non-conforming mortgage market and position the company for future expansion.

Peter has been with Advantage Home Loans since 2000, he has over 15 years experience in the mortgage and personal finance sectors having previously worked for Freedom Finance and HFC Bank.
Nicky Clarke, operations director
Nicky has been with Advantage Home Loans for 7 years having joined in 1998, she has over 15 years experience in the mortgage and personal finance sectors having previously worked for Welcome Finance and HFC Bank.
Robin Candy, IT director
Robin has been with Advantage Home Loans since 1996 he has over 15 years experience in technology having previously worked for Excelsior Data Design Ltd, a consulting company. Robin was heavily involved in the development of the e:valuate system, seen as an industry leading evaluation tool.
