Advantage will offer products for both the non-conforming and prime sectors: ADV (for the non-conforming sector); Self-Certification (for employed and self-employed borrowers); Buy-to-Let (for landlords renting residential property); Flexishare Home Ownership Plan (flexible borrowing for first-time buyers, growing families and key workers); Advantage HomeBuy (Government-backed scheme for key workers).
