Following completion of an on-line decision in principle request, intermediaries can take full advantage of its on-line premium offer by receiving an additional procuration fee between 0.05% and 0.25% - the offer lasts until the end of April 2006.
Advantage offer over 2000 products through its panel of lenders, which can be accessed via one easy route; e:valuate. The reward offer, based on an average loan value of £110,000, ensures brokers will receive between £55 and £275 extra (dependent on product and loan size), by way of a thank you for using the exclusive on-line service.
e:valuate continues to be extremely useful tool where brokers can access six of the industry’s major lenders through one easy on-line DIP request. The results are presented back in an interactive matrix and provide a choice of binding and non-binding options. Brokers can then simply convert the enquiry to an application and submit on-line to Advantage.
