Until now advisers have been sent a text to tell them when they have received a lead with the details of the consumer and what advice they are requesting, but as from today this service has become much more interactive.
All advisers with a web-enabled phone will be able to access a mobile-friendly version of Leadbay. Initially advisers will be able to view their accounts and the details of all the leads they have received over the last seven days, enabling them to follow up with potential new clients, even when they are out of the office.
They will be able to turn their account on and off via their phone so that they can stop receiving leads if they have too many, or turn their account on if they need to boost the amount of business they are doing.
Grant Stevens, managing director of Leadbay says, “Being able to access their Leadbay account by phone will give advisers much more flexibility. Many people now have phones through which they access the internet and increasingly there is a demand to be able to work remotely, wherever you are.
“Response from advisers is welcome as to how well this works for them and then further functionality will be added over the next few weeks in line with adviser feedback.”
This new development from Leadbay means that managing their new business is now easier and more convenient for advisers than ever before.
