The first workshop for ladies will be held at the London Victoria Thistle hotel on 16 July, 2004.
The ladies only workshops will follow the same format as Affinity’s standard workshops, but will highlight women’s financial requirements when entering the buy to let arena. Vince Garvin, MD and property workshop speaker comments: “Women receive comparably lower incomes than men and often find themselves in the role of ‘carer’ sometimes losing financial independence which can lead to reduced family incomes.”
