Eighteen mortgage partners will receive access to these exclusives which include a two year fixed product at 4.39 per cent with a £495 booking fee, and a three year fixed at 4.69 per cent with a £995 booking fee (both are 60 per cent LTV). The new range will run against the current market trend which has seen very few lenders offering such products to the intermediary market.
