The changes to the site come after the launch by AFI in June of a secure document upload tool, allowing intermediaries to upload and submit supporting case documents as well as advise on changes to applications.
AFI said over 56% of documents are now submitted this way.
Miguel Sard, managing director at AFI, said: “We want to make it even easier for intermediaries to do business with us and the latest enhancements to our website are designed to support intermediaries by making it quicker and easier for them to find the information they need online.
“The launch of our document upload tool and service page earlier in the year was very well received by our intermediary partners and we believe the site’s improved navigational experience will prove equally popular.”
