Ivan will serve alongside Amanda Davidson after it was decided to appoint a second Deputy Chairperson. Both Amanda and Ivan will support AIFA's Independent Chairman The Rt. Hon John Gummer MP.
John Gummer, AIFA Chairman, said; "The AIFA Council recently undertook a Corporate Governance Review to ensure that it was providing the best service to its members. As part of that review, it was identified that AIFA should establish a second Deputy Chairman role.
"After discussion with the AIFA Council and universal acceptance, I am delighted to announce that Ivan Martin, Executive Chairman of Sesame, has agreed to become our new Deputy Chairman. I know that with Ivan and Amanda Davidson we have two outstanding Deputies who, as Chairman, I can rely fully upon."
Ivan Martin, Executive Chairman of Sesame, added: "It is an honour to be invited to take up the role of Deputy Chairman alongside Amanda Davidson.
