New digital tool for advisers

Air launches adviser support app

Later life lending platform Air has introduced a new mobile application exclusively for its Air Club members, aimed at enhancing adviser support in a changing market environment.

The Air App provides members with immediate access to information and tools intended to help them stay updated with developments in the sector. This includes market insight videos from industry professionals, perspectives from lenders, and instructional tutorials on how to use Air’s sourcing platform and related services.

One of the app’s key features is its real-time notification system, which alerts users to changes in lender and product rates.

In addition to updates and tutorials, the app includes Air’s Master Later Life Lending podcast series. The content offers commentary on market activity and regulatory matters affecting later life lending.

Air stated that the app’s development will continue, with future updates influenced by member feedback. Planned additions include the ability to track the status of individual cases, monitor business volumes, and review progress in professional development. These features are intended to support advisers in managing their workloads and maintaining industry knowledge.

“The Air App represents our commitment to members by helping them thrive in a rapidly changing later life lending sector through providing real-time updates on products, as well as insights into evolving customer needs and market or regulatory news,” said Will Hale, CEO of Air. “At Air Club, our strategic focus is to equip advisers with the knowledge needed to deliver consistently good outcomes for customers and to support their commercial objectives. The Air App is a major step forward that demonstrates our investment in members and in achieving safe growth of this sector.”

The Air App is now available to all 9,500 members of Air Club.
