The range includes the following:
- Two-year residential fix at a rate of 5.84 per cent, fixed until 30 June 2010. It is available at 90 per cent LTV on a maximum loan of £250,000, with an arrangement fee of £999 and a 10 per cent overpayment facility.
- Two-year buy-to-let fix at a rate of 5.54 per cent, fixed until 30 June 2010 and then defaulting to BBR +2.14 per cent. Investors are able to borrow up to 85 per cent of the property value, with the largest value property the product is available on being £500,000. It has a 2.5 per cent arrangement fee and a 10 per cent overpayment facility.
