Al Rayan Bank has hired a new head of human resources in Ros King.
She previously held HR business partnering roles at Santander and Arval, a BNP Paribas’ company. She has also worked for rapidly growing management consultancies, Newton Europe and CIL Management Consultants.
Sultan Choudhury, chief executive of Al Rayan Bank, said: "As a rapidly growing organisation, Al Rayan Bank requires experienced and dynamic talent on its senior management team.
“Ros has a proven track record in leading the human resource development of financial services companies, this together with her expertise in supporting businesses through periods of growth make her an excellent addition to the Bank.

In May 2015 Al Rayan Bank opened a private banking branch in Knightsbridge, London, and in September the bank relocated to much larger operational headquarters in Birmingham to support its growing workforce.
