Commercial mortgage managing director Rob Lankey is taking on the newly created role of director, group distribution, and Charles Haresnape, currently managing director of residential mortgages, will take responsibility as managing director for both residential and commercial mortgages.
Charles, who recently became chairman of IMLA and is an executive committee member of CML, has extensive experience of the mortgage market including managing new commercial mortgage origination and property development finance.
Rob has successfully led Aldermore’s award-winning commercial mortgage business since its launch in 2009 and in his new role will manage the delivery of strategic initiatives across the bank.
