Aldermore has restructured its commercial lending branch with the appointments of Gareth Claxton as national sales manager and Mark Pagett as lending development manager.
Aldermore has restructured its commercial lending division with the appointments of Gareth Claxton as national sales manager and Mark Pagett as lending development manager.
After originally being appointed as head of commercial mortgage lending in January 2014 in the new role Claxton will manage the entire field based commercial lending team, deliver the bank’s commercial mortgage sales plan and manage key commercial accounts.
Pagett, who has been at Aldermore Bank since September 2009 and was regional sales director (North), will support the commercial mortgage sales and completions teams and assist the lending managers in structuring credit committee sized transactions.
Ian Boden, head of commercial mortgages and portfolio management at Aldermore, said: “These changes will make it easier for our broker partners to engage with us and will provide intermediaries with one point of contact and expertise across the market.
“Through changing the structure of the team, we will be able to focus on building wider relationships within specific market sectors, benefitting both intermediaries and customers alike through a more tailored approach across both small and larger loans.
“I am delighted to announce the appointments of both Gareth and Mark to their new positions. With their wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience they will be invaluable in providing our customers with the best service possible in 2016 and beyond.”
