In addition to no fees, for remortgagers, Alliance & Leicester also offers a Mortgage Transfer Service, which takes care of the legal administration work and costs when customers transfer their mortgage to us from another lender. This means there is no need to appoint a solicitor, making the process as hassle-free as possible. All the borrower has to do is check, sign, and then return the documents.
Alliance & Leicester's fee-free range already includes a 2-year fix with a rate of 4.09 per cent and no fee, and a 5-year fix with a rate of 4.89 per cent and no fee, both of which are available up to 75 per cent LTV and come with the lender's homebuyer or remortgage solution.
