Key:Partner brokers can now receive bespoke training on Legal Principles and Construction issues in addition to the six existing modules which cover SME & General Insurance Principles, Property, Motor Trade, Motor Fleet, Liability and Business Interruption.
The Construction module has been designed to develop the understanding of construction business for brokers who handle contractors insurances, whilst the Legal Principles course is intended to explain the legal issues which sit behind general insurance contracts.
All Key:Partnership academy modules, which are free to selected brokers, carry 25 Continuing Professional Development points as recognised by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). They also include exclusive access to Allianz's CII tuition groups and scholarship programme.
Phillip Spalding, broker development manager, Allianz Commercial, said: "Allianz Commercial is committed to supporting our brokers in the technical development of their employees by offering a wide range of tailored training and development opportunities that are accredited by the CII."
He adds: "The success of the Key:Partnership Academy has been based on our ability to implement the feedback we receive from our brokers. We will continue to listen to our brokers to ensure our offering remains a market-leading proposition."
The Key:Partnership Academy is just one of many non-financial rewards available to Allianz's Key:Partners. Brokers also have access to a wide variety of services including further training and development initiatives, broker events, networking opportunities and exclusive trading benefits.
