Lender promotes internal business development manager
Specialist lender Alternative Bridging Corporation has announced the promotion of Mike Halsey (pictured) to the role of business development manager (BDM) for Hertfordshire and Essex.
Halsey joined the lender in April this year as an internal BDM, after working for First Union Mortgages, Enterprise Finance, and West One Loans.
In his new role at Alternative Bridging, Halsey will help brokers in Hertfordshire and Essex in supporting clients who require bridging and term loans, as well as development finance for residential and commercial purposes.
“I am delighted that Mike has been promoted to BDM for Hertfordshire and Essex,” stated Phodis Maratheftis, head of sales for London and the South East at Alternative Bridging Corporation. “His quick progression to the role is well deserved, and we have been impressed with his dedication to helping brokers find the right solutions for their clients.
“His new role will enable him to develop more new relationships and ensure that we are providing our brokers in this region with the best possible service.”
Commenting on his promotion, Halsey said he was excited to start his new role and looking forward to taking a more hands-on approach to helping brokers in his assigned region.
“In my short time so far at Alternative Bridging, I have already seen how excellent the business is at developing its people and providing them with new opportunities to progress their career,” he remarked.
