Alternative Bridging relaunches fee refund promo

Alternative Bridging Corporation has introduced a new promotion, offering to refund valuation and lender legal fees on applications submitted by the end of the month.

The promotion provides a refund of up to £2,000, including VAT, to cover the combined valuation and lender legal fees. This offer applies to all applications received by the close of business on September 30, with completion required before October 31.

The promotion is available across all products offered by the specialist lender, and funds will be refunded upon completion.

Earlier this year, Alternative Bridging launched a similar promotion, extending a refund offer on valuation and lender legal fees. Under the promotion that was introduced to celebrate the start of the year, applicants received a reimbursement of up to £2,024.

Alternative Bridging provides bridging finance, development funding, and term loans to the property industry, business community, and homeowners. The company also offers an alternative overdraft facility, allowing customers to access funds as needed.

“September is traditionally a busy time in the mortgage market as home movers, property investors and business owners return after the summer break with renewed focus,” said Jonathan Rubins (pictured), director at Alternative Bridging Corporation. “This year, it promises to offer even more opportunities for brokers than usual, coming on the back of an August base rate cut, and with the pre-election uncertainty behind us.

“We understand that cost efficiency remains paramount for borrowers and is key for brokers who want to make the most of opportunity. With this in mind, our September promotion delivers a real incentive for clients, offering a refund on valuation and lender legal fees. This is, of course, alongside our commitment to delivering outstanding service and made-to-measure deals.”
