This will take place at The Brewery in London on Tuesday 19 June 2007.
This is the second year that Abbey for Intermediaries has sponsored the dinner which brings together AMI members and other mortgage industry professionals with politicians, regulators and media leaders who shape the industry.
The evening will begin with a champagne reception from 7.15pm followed by a three-course dinner with wine. Chris Cummings, AMI director-general, will address the dinner, followed by the key-note speaker, with closing remarks from AMI chairman, John Gummer MP.
Rob Griffiths, associate director of AMI, commented: “The continued sponsorship of our annual dinner by Abbey for Intermediaries is proof of the high esteem both AMI and the evening is held in. The AMI annual dinner continues to be a chance for both AMI members and other mortgage industry professionals to meet and discuss current industry issues in a professional and enjoyable atmosphere. We are delighted that Abbey for Intermediaries are continuing its support of the dinner and look forward to joining them and all AMI members for what promises to be a wonderful evening.”
Ricky Okey, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: "I am delighted that Abbey for Intermediaries is sponsoring this prestigious event for the second year running. Everyday we work with hundreds of intermediaries to provide solutions for their customers and we continually strive to improve what we do. Being associated with an important voice for the intermediary business, like the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries, is a significant step in getting closer to the needs and opinions of its members. Sponsoring the 2007 AMI dinner is part of our considerable and ongoing commitment to the intermediary market.”
