This initial rate lasts for the first 3 months and will then convert to a rate reflective of the applicant’s credit circumstances once all repairs have been carried out. Applicants with good and bad credit histories are eligible for this product.
This product is aimed firmly at those applicants who wish to purchase a property designated defective under the 1985 Housing Act and are constructed of pre-cast reinforced concrete. Popular generic types that fall within this product are build types defined as Cornish, Airey, Waller, Reema, Orlit, amongst many others.
Applicants can borrow up to 100% of the purchase price together with 100% of the repair costs (if needed), together with an interest roll-up facility to 70% of final repaired open market value.
