Intermediaries were recently invited to share their opinions of Amber based upon their experience of dealing with the company. The team at Amber were more than happy with the responses received: 98% of which were positive or neutral, and 78% were either ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
In particular, Amber was thrilled with the result that almost 50% of all respondents felt that they received an ‘Excellent’ level of service from their Amber development manager.
Gordon Jolly, managing director at Amber, commented: “The increase in business levels and the pleasing responses to our intermediary research indicate that Amber is becoming a lender of increasing preference among intermediaries. This is testament to our competitive product range and improved service standards, making Amber simple and efficient to deal with.”
Opinions were sought regarding Amber’s sales team, website, online DIP and KFI, e-newsletter, product range, the Mortgage Help Desk, application turnaround time, the Amber Knowledge and other marketing material.
