The incentive is available from January 2004 and applies across the lender’s range of Buy to Let, Right to Buy and all other core products, with the exception of the Near Prime range.
In addition to the attractive procuration fee available on all cases submitted directly to the lender through the APS Europe scheme, Mortgages PLC are also paying £200 directly to introducers upon every offer made on new applications until March 31 2004. This applies to all loans above £50,000 and excludes BTL and RTB products.
