This will assist in Ashley Law’s expansion plans to take the number of branches up to 100 in 2003 and facilitate cost effective new business transactions for its existing advisers. The websites will be based on AdviserNet Web Builder, Exweb’s web-site building tool designed specifically for the IFA market.
The individual websites will enable Ashley Law’s 76 branches to promote exclusive offers to new and existing customers, with on-line transactional capability that can generate new revenue streams. IFAs will be able to personalise and edit their own site, interact with their customers via contact buttons and provide consumers with Money Info – an interactive consumer guide to personal finance. In addition, there will be optional plug-in components that enable e-commerce.
Commenting on the move, Ian Harrison, head of sales and marketing for Ashley Law, said: “Supporting our advisers with e-commerce tools that will help them in a depolarised world is an essential and fundamental objective of ours. This initiative will help existing advisers market products to their customers profitably and provide consumer facing online income generating functionality to their businesses 24/7.”
