The freehold to the hotel has been acquired as an investment property by a private client.
Real estate funding specialist ASK Partners has lent £12.75m against a freehold boutique hotel in Soho.
The property is a 20,000 square foot freehold boutique hotel on Warwick Street.
Karma Sanctum Soho has 30 bedrooms, a cinema room, restaurant and rooftop bar.
