The company will occupy the first floor of newly refurbished office accommodation on the corner of Harley Street and Queen Anne Street, part of The Howard de Walden Estate’s office.
Real estate funding specialist ASK Partners (ASK) has signed a five year lease for 3,000 sq ft in Howard de Walden’s Marylebone head office building.
The company will occupy the first floor of newly refurbished office accommodation on the corner of Harley Street and Queen Anne Street, part of The Howard de Walden Estate’s office.
Howard de Walden returned to its historic headquarters in August 2021 following extensive refurbishment, occupying the entire building excluding one floor.
This remaining floor has since undergone a complete renovation and will now be occupied by ASK, accessed via its own entrance on Harley Street.
Daniel Austin, co-founder and chief executive of ASK said: “This is an exciting move for ASK, reflecting our growth and vision for the company.
"It is a privilege to occupy this historic space alongside Howard de Walden, which has been refurbished with great care to preserve its heritage, yet incorporate modern design and environmental standards.
"We are looking forward to the next five years here at 35 Harley Street, which is the perfect location for us to continue to grow our lending business and property investment platform.”
Paul Bakker, property and asset management director at Howard de Walden, said: “We are delighted to welcome ASK as tenants and neighbours at our newly modernised headquarters.
"The redevelopment created greater efficiency and enlarged office floorplates enabling the first floor to be offered to the office leasing market.
"As with all refurbished buildings across the estate we have improved the sustainability standards combined with sympathy to the heritage elements. The building has been Howard de Walden’s headquarters since the 1880s.”
