Patrick will be overseeing the development strategy for this expanding arm of the Assetz group. He joins from a high profile property development company where he headed up their development department, with full responsibility for managing both residential and mixed use projects from planning and design through to implementation.
Patrick will be taking on the new role with Assetz Fund Management and the rest of the Assetz group of companies.

He will play a pivotal role in driving forward Assetz Fund Management, a fast growing extension of the Assetz group. Patrick will also be heading up specific property development joint-venture projects under the new Assetz Development division.”
Patrick has previously worked on both retail and commercial developments and has concentrated recently on mixed-use developments and regeneration projects.
Speaking of his new appointment, Patrick added: “In my role as development director I have the opportunity to extend the style and design of the projects we can offer, using the skills and experiences I have gained over the last 15 years in the property business.
“Acting as equity provider for our developer funding operation enables me to make the switch from poacher to gamekeeper and ask all the awkward questions I used to face when seeking property finance.”
