Sue is a human resources (HR) development professional with over ten years experience of training, learning and development and five years working as an internal training consultant. She joins Assurant Solutions from the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. She held the role of corporate staff development manager for nearly six years and during this time introduced programmes to support organisational development – particularly in senior executive and line manager development, induction and performance management.
In her role at Assurant Solutions, Sue will be responsible for the design and delivery of its learning and development programmes, ensuring that resources and facilities are accessible to everyone throughout the business in order to encourage continuous personal and professional development.
