Tracy Morshead has enjoyed a long and established career in the financial services sector spanning the past two decades. Before setting up his own marketing consultancy, he was managing director of Principality Building Society. Prior to that, Tracy spent ten years at Nationwide where he fulfilled a number of key roles progressing from head of marketing to divisional directorships including marketing, operations, mortgages and insurance. Tracy also headed up marketing for both Birmingham Midshires Building Society and IG Index plc. He currently holds two further non-executive Board roles as the Chairman of Mortgage Brain and the Chairman of Easier2Move.
Derek Green has worked in the creditor insurance industry for over 20 years, both in sales and training capacities. He established D&D Homecare in 1997, growing and rebranding the company as Swansure which was eventually sold to Assurant Solutions in 2007.
