Avamore Capital has appointed Sophia Lee (pictured) to its origination team as internal relationship manager.
Lee has joined from Cynergy Bank and follows a raft of hires in 2021 with a further announcement around departmental expansion set to be shared in Q3.
Prior to joining Avamore Capital, Lee also spent two years at NatWest as an assistant relationship manager.
Lee's primary focus will be on developing broker partnerships across the Avamore database and building the brand with people and networks that Avamore does not have a historic relationships with.
