Bond brings a wealth of experience managing client services teams to deliver IT infrastructures, customer service desks, service level agreements, technical support and project management to his new role at Avelo.
He has over 15 years experience of working in financial services, providing customer support for a number of small and large global financial institutions.
Avelo said Bond’s appointment is part of a strategy to reinforce the client-centric approach throughout the business.

Thomson said: “David has fantastic experience in financial services, providing customer support for a number of global financial institutions.
“We are pleased to welcome David to the team and believe his experience and know-how will be invaluable in delivering effective customer and client support.
“David’s role is a new creation, and part of our drive to constantly improve our client services and cement the links between our technology and client facing teams.”
Bond said: “I am pleased to be joining Avelo who have multiple sites within the client services function with different cultures, technologies and processes.
“One of my key responsibilities will be to encourage all client services staff to collect valuable customer data to help us continually improve our offering and deliver the right customer experience, with a passionate approach in supporting the end user.”
