Administrators and advisers within the AWD Chase de Vere group will now gain individual secure access to the full range of Exweb’s online services. This includes quotations, e-submissions and research from over 50 providers and 300+ products, plus the specialist Exweb equity release service, supported by all 17 equity release providers in the intermediary marketplace.
As most AWD Chase de Vere advisers already use Officeweb, the Exchange’s back office solution for larger networks and national advisers, this expanded use of Exweb will allow advisers to embrace the integration between the Exweb portal and the Officeweb system. This will allow users to benefit from the complete straight-through processing solution, incorporating new business, policy and commission tracking, with data automatically stored against client records.
David Child, managing director, The Exchange, commented: “This contract represents a significant investment from AWD Chase de Vere on behalf of its staff and advisers. Alongside the improvements users will see in the integrated technology solution, we will also be providing hands-on training and support as a full package. Just as importantly, it’s also a terrific endorsement - not only of the market-leading nature of our products, but also our commitment to conscientious account management and client servicing.”
Mark Kay, IT director, AWD Chase de Vere, explained: “With any major business investment we always ensure that ahead of any decision we fully research the market and the options available, not purely cost based but obviously taking into account many broader factors, such as the quality of support services and the ability of a partner organisation to move and expand to our organisation’s own changing needs. The Exchange, with both the market leading portal service and a choice of competitive back office solutions, had a distinct advantage to offer us exactly what we needed.”
