The product comes with a £999 application fee or a loyalty option which has reduced fee of £499.
Andy Gray, managing director of Mortgages for Barclays, said: "We are introducing two new products within our fixed rate mortgage range to ensure we can offer lower rates for first-time buyers and customers with smaller deposits looking to move home or remortgage.
“We are also refreshing our large loan product range for new and existing borrowers that require borrowing over £1m.”
