This has historically been used solely for residential property
valuations. The system is now adapted so that BBG Commercial's network of valuers can benefit from the same advanced technology.
The unique xit2 system allows BBG Commercial to instruct their valuers from their National Commercial Centre. Using this technology has provided BBG Commercial with more control over the process and allows them to track cases in real time by receiving updates fromn Commercial Valuers through their branch offices or any means of Internet access.
Keith Carr FRICS, national commercial valuations director of BBG Commercial said: "The benefits of using xit2 for instructing our residential property valuations prompted us to ask them to develop a solution for our commercial business. After a successful pilot, we rolled out the facility to the team last month. In addition to processing benefits, the on-line invoicing is saving us time and effort every month."
