Mel Tuffour takes up the role of business development manager (BDM), while Andy Greenfield joins as a business development consultant (BDC).
Mel has 6 years experience in the mortgage industry and joins BDS from em- where she was a great success in the Midlands region and she will be undertaking a similar role for BDS.
Andy has been recruited to provide further Training and Competence support to the network which is continuing to grow despite current market conditions.

In fact we are looking to buck the market trend and further strengthen our team in order expand our offerings even more.”
