To mark these service enhancements, BDS are offering an extra 10 per cent on their proc fee to all brokers submitting online applications before the end of February.
BDS' brokers can now access electronic application-in-principles (AIPs) and full mortgage applications from Trigold’s Prospector AAA sourcing system.
All in all the technology integration will offer faster turnaround times and leave less room for error with client details.
“This integration will allow brokers anywhere in the country to send BDS an electronic application via Trigold and then minutes later see that application on their own case tracking system," said Phil Jay, managing director at BDS.
