These include:
- A BDS Mortgage Club for directly authorised firms, including a free compliance support service.
- An Introducer Service via their consumer mortgage broking operation (Admiral Mortgage Solutions) for those firms wishing to opt out of regulation.
- Applying for Principal status and looking after a small number of Appointed Representative firms.
Full details of the BDS Mortgage Club are expected to be launched in May.
Managing Director, Phil Jay said, “We have listened to our introducers and have put together a package of services that we believe will fit with their needs. With our Mortgage Club we have developed an innovative approach to assisting directly authorised firms with their compliance arrangements completely free of charge.”
Phil Jay added, “In response to a number of firms that have asked to become our appointed representative, we will be applying for principal status. Whilst our fees and offering is extremely competitive, numbers will be limited and we are not looking to compete with the major Networks.
