In reaction to the recent network mergers and takeovers, BDS want to showcase what their network can offer as an alternative option. The presentations will also target directly authorised brokers who may be looking for additional support. They will take the format of a short presentation and discussion session. Brokers can also kick off the approval process if they decide to join.
Over the last seven months, the BDS mortgage network has seen steady growth and has a healthy pipeline awaiting approvals. Unlike many networks, BDS has the advantage of offering an added level of security as it is backed by the Skipton Group and offers a procuration fee guarantee as standard.
