Specialist buy to let lender, Mortgage Trust follows in the wake of the BDS direct panel announcement and takes the total number of direct lenders available to 20. They are currently in discussions with many other lenders and will release information about additional relationships in due course. The agreed procuration fee for direct Mortgage Trust cases is 0.50% and these should be submitted with a BDS sticker and submission sheet. Mortgage Trust is also available via BDS packaged lender panel alongside around 30 other lenders.
BDS were one of the first Networks to receive their ‘Minded to Approve’ letter and are planning to be a Principal for around 50 Appointed Representatives. They are also offering a Direct Club for any intermediaries who are seeking direct authorisation from the FSA, where intermediaries sign up to receive a chosen service level encompassing various compliance and technology options such as training and competence software.
Tracey Dixon, Network Manager comments on the Mortgage Trust announcement: “I am delighted to welcome Mortgage Trust to our lender panel. Feedback from many of our appointment representatives about them as a lender is very positive, as they offer flexible competitive products and an excellent service. I am keen to promote this relationship and have no doubt that it will prove to be a huge success. “
