Lisa joins BDS from Lloyds TSB subsidiary Black Horse where she where worked as Senior Customer Account Manager. With over 6 year’s experience, Lisa is used to managing a client portfolio and dealing with and resolving queries.
BDS was one of the first Networks to receive their ‘Minded to Approve’ letter and are planning to be a Principal, initially for around 25 Appointed Representatives. They recently announced the initial list of lenders who have committed to their direct panel and are also offering a Direct Club for any intermediaries who are seeking direct authorisation from the FSA. Intermediaries can sign up to receive a chosen service level encompassing various compliance and technology options such as training and competence software.
