Beacon Homeloans distributes its products through a panel of mortgage packagers, each of which is supported by an account manager. The BDMs will support Beacon’s account management team and each BDM will be responsible for a specific area of the country.
Sara Packer, who will be responsible for South Wales and the South West, joins from SPML where she held the position of account manager for strategic partners and dealt with networks and mortgage clubs. Prior to this, Sara was an area representative for Intelligent Finance covering the South West.
Kevin Beale, who has worked in the industry for over six years, will be covering the Midlands area. Before joining Beacon, Kevin worked as a broker for Countrywide Assured. During his career Kevin has also acted as a consultant for Birmingham Midshires and worked as a BDM for Connect Mortgages.
Finally, Craig Clifton has been appointed to look after the North. He joins from Advantage, prior to which he was with Mortgages Plc. Craig has seven years experience in the industry and has previously worked for a packager, a network and also as a broker.
