Bermondsey best for quality of life
Bermondsey offers the highest quality of life in London, according to an index published by Banda Property.
The London district offers a number of attractive factors includinggreen space, quality schools, transport connectivity, shops and restaurants.
Many parts of Prime central London have become inaccessible, due to high prices and an extremely low turnover of property.
Bermondsey ranks at the top of the Index, with Shepherd’s Bush second and Clapham in third place.
The other areas making the top ten (in ranking order) are: King’s Cross, Paddington, Barnsbury, Hampstead, Parson's Green, Earl’s Court and Battersea. These locations all benefit from a superiorsupply of good schools, access to open spaces, great transport links and a broad choice of independent shops and restaurants, according to the study.
