The products have no higher lenders charge, acceptguarantors, allow up to 95 per cent LTV on re-mortgage for any purpose and offer a0.35% procuration fee.
Bennington added: "These schemes are normally only available to Scottish brokers, but because we are based in Scotland, and have a UKdistribution network, English and Welsh brokers can also access theseproducts via BISL."
