Deanna was previously training consultant at GE Home Lending were she had been employed for six years. Deanna has extensive training experience which was developed at GE Home Lending, and prior to that with Carphone Warehouse and Kodak.

Deanna will be responsible for ensuring all facets of blackandwhite.co.uk’s Training and Competence programs are met, customer service and sales skills training, leadership training, induction programs, talent growth and succession planning.
