The law firm said the service will offer competitive income opportunities to brokers. Referral fees to the service are as high as £300.
Blacks will also offer to pay clients’ search fees if their first purchase falls through under what it refers to as a Search Promise.
Blacks has already provided legal services to major lenders and estate agencies for more than 20 years.
