Blacks, who are also based in Leeds, is made up of Blacks Connect and its recently launched Blacks Affinity conveyancing quotation system, which allows advisers to secure a referral fee for their work.
The law firm was singled out for its commitment to residential conveyancing, the processes it uses and the quality of its service.
David Gilman, partner of Blacks Connect, said: “It’s obviously very pleasing to be recognised for the quality of your proposition and the service you provide, especially when it’s in your own backyard.
“To pick up the ‘Residential Property Award’ is testament to the hard work of everyone at Blacks – were it not for their dedication and commitment we would certainly not be in the position we are today.
“We will continue to develop our offering to brokers and seek to support their businesses over the months and years ahead, and we certainly aim to be in the awards’ frame again at the same time next year.”
